Membership terms

Atlantic Ai Advisors publishes the Atlantic AI Finance Newsletter and Atlantic Sports Desk. Our public mailing address is 403 5th Street, Lynchburg, Virginia. Contact jarvis@atlanticaiadvisors.com for account help or refund requests. Atlantic membership is $20 USD per month and includes both the Finance Desk and Sports Desk. There is one subscription, not separate charges for each desk. There is no free trial. A paid subscription renews monthly at its stated price until canceled. Stripe hosts card entry and processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Eligible Apple Pay may be available through Stripe Checkout. You must verify your email before purchasing. Your account shows the publication, recurring price, accepted terms and payment status. A successful return from Checkout is not confirmation of access: access begins after verified payment processing. Never purchase a second time while an earlier payment is being confirmed. Cancel through the account's Manage billing link. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the paid period; already paid access continues through that period unless a refund, payment dispute or other payment reversal changes entitlement. A refund request is reviewed case by case and any approved refund is capped at one month's subscription fee. Refunds are not automatic; email customer service. Finance provides available finished website editions from the last 10 New York calendar dates. The regular twice-daily weekday Finance email editions are optional: they are off by default for new paid members and require a separate affirmative email preference. Buying membership does not subscribe you to Finance emails. Gaps may exist in the saved archive. Sports is updated for games starting Thursdays; no daily update or exact publication hour is promised. These are dated publications, not live market or odds feeds. Existing members of the frozen 19-reader finance list have permanent free access to the Finance Desk, including its ordinary gated PDFs. No card or purchase is required for Finance, and their existing regular email service and preferences remain unchanged. Original-reader status alone does not include Sports Desk access; Sports requires a separately eligible paid membership or friends invitation. Publication delivery preferences and marketing consent are separate from recurring-payment acceptance. Reading and PDF download links require the appropriate account access. Authorized readers may download and keep ordinary PDFs. There are no file passwords, DRM, device binding or per-download charges. Sharing a website URL does not transfer account authorization. Finance content is general information and education, not individualized investment advice or a promise of returns. Sports content is analysis and opinion, not a sportsbook; no wagers are accepted and no results are guaranteed. Prices, information and opinions are dated and may change after an edition is prepared. Use only an email address you control. Account and payment information must be accurate. Contact customer service if access or billing looks wrong. Updated policy versions and prices must be presented and accepted before a new purchase; this page does not authorize undisclosed charges.
